Cheesecake!

Hey everybody! I hope you all had an awesome Thanksgiving. Here are some recipes that everyone in my family loved. Enjoy!
Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars:
1 cup all purpose flour 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
5 tbs. butter, softened 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
8 oz. softened cream cheese 3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup pumpkin 2 eggs lightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 1 tsp. ground allspice or pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla pie spice- doesn'tt matter : )
Combine flour & brown sugar in a medium bowl. Cut in butter to make a crumb mix. Stir in nuts, Set aside 3/4 cup mix for topping. Press remaining mix into bottom of 8x8x1 1/2 baking pan. Bake in preheated oven for 15 min. Cool slightly. Combine cream cheese, sugar, pumpkin, eggs, & spices in a large mixing bowl. Blend until smooth. Pour over baked crust. Sprinkle with reserved topping. Bake 30-35 min. Cool before cutting bars.

Lemon Cheesecake
1 9" graham cracker crust
1 8oz. package cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup lemon juice
Mix cream cheese & milk til smooth add vanilla &lemon juice.Mix well.
Pour into crust. Refridgerate.

Happy Thanksgiving blog readers and /or followers. One of my favorite holidays is Thanksgiving because you stuff yourself and then you sleep. On the 4th Thursday of November the world is in perfect harmony with it self. I love it! Hey guess what? I got a profile picture!

OhmygoshJacquiisgettingmariedtomorrow!"That pretty much sums up life in the last month.Stressful,fun,and I never want to do it again.But it was fun.I got to go SHOPPING!!!!!!!!!!! I'll post pictures after it.Because everyone I even mention it to wants to see pictures.So for all of my followers that love weddings and the ones who are in this one I will post pictures.This is one of my shorter posts.But i will post AFTER the wedding,when I'm NOT stressing not that I am stressing right now or anything.I'll just post again soon.Wish me luck! : )

The other team fumbled.Yeah! I think.

Today Missouri State went against Northwestern Iowa in a football game. MSU lost-35 to 7.Missouri State's 1st touchdown was made with 7.2 seconds left in the last quarter!I was in the sky box today.Let me just say this: we had a double suite,it had food& 2 mini fridges filled with soda and water,it had an awesome view of the game,and it had comfy chairs; like the normal movie theatre seats with CUP HOLDERS!!!!!Back to the game. MSU has this canon that gos off at the beginning of the game ,the end of the game ,and when MSU scores a touchdown.Today that canon went off a total of 3 times.The beginning of the game, the end of the game , and 7.2 seconds before the game ended:MSU's 1st and last touchdown.I had fun at the game.Oh, I almost forgot that MSU has this one huge inflatable bear mascot and when it walks it looks like a bobble head.MSU also has a normal seized mascot-bear named Boomer.Boomer isn't scary like the other one.By the way Idon't know much about football.I just cheered when everybody else in our sky box cheered.Everyone was like "Yeah!" and I was all like "Yeah! Something happened!But I don't know what!!!!" So that is how MSU's football game went today.This might be my longest post yet !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Yeah for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Peace out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!: )

OK, I am just going to change into my "I have a cold so don't touch me" clothes now.

OK,I am talking like I am holding my nose,and I am sneezing a lot.But, on the bright side today I learned that Mighty Mites ( a.k.a.:football for boys.) have REALLY good chocolate bars!
I also wrote a letter to Lemony Snicket. You know the author wrote one of the best series in the world:A Series of Unfortunate Events.I call it ASOUE.I am on #8.I haven't sent my letter yet but I will tomorrow.So guess what that means? A new post!!!I have nothing else to write about.Except writing about having nothing to write about.And then there's writing about writing about nothing to write about.OK it'll just get confusing if I go any further. So I guess I'll post tomorrow instead of writing about nothng to write about.Bye.

5th Grade!

Hey there everybody! I am a 5th grader now and I still don't know who my teacher is...
SIKE! I do know who my teacher is. Yeah for me!!!I also know that I am going to,
run for student council,audition for the honor choir that I was in last year,and be in my school's 5th grade orchestra and I will play the cello.I am going to use my sister's old cello.FYI:I might be blogging a little bit more around November 7 because that same sister is getting married on November 7!So,watch out for those posts where I am absolutely just going crackers!I am soooo sorry that I haven't blogged in a few weeks.I have been sooooo busy.One more thing before I go, last night I lost a tooth and it held my 1st cavity!: ( So I have decided to brush and floss more.So far I have brushed my teeth 3 times and I haven't even had dinner! So tomorrow I will do my randoms ,I promise!!!!!!!!!!!! So ,uh,happy 3 day weekend I know I will enjoy it! : ) Happy Labor day ,blah,blah blah,and happy fall! : )

I'm Back

Hey there everybody,I'm back!!!And I am waiting for my class lists to get posted on my school website.It's 4:47 right now and the class lists are going to get posted at 5:00. So I am going to blog.Uh,well Fort worth and OKC were fun!Yesterday ,in Oklahoma : ),we went to this place called JUMP ZONE.And the only reason I jumped was because I was helping my two nieces. ; )Um, it's almost 5:00!! They're Here!

They've come!!! The changes have come!!!! So, if you liked my blog before you should like it even more now!!!!!!: ) Last night I watched Race to Witch Mountain.The only problem was that I was so tired I fell asleep before the end of the movie and then I woke up while the credits were going.Grrrrr.But the parts I saw were good.Well, today I went to the water gardens. There is one big fountain that you can walk down in.I went down all the way!I still don't know who my teacher is........yet!: ) Sorry that I have been doing such short posts lately. Nothing very
interesting has happened lately.I'm thirsty.So, I geuss that is all for this post.Uh, bye,I geuss.: )

I'm in Fort Worth ,TX. Do you like the way my blog looks? I'm still working on it. But, it still looks good!I'm staying here for 3 days and then I will go back to Oklahoma City. Then I will go home. I am starting the 5th grade in a week. And guess what? I still don't know who my teacher is going to be!!I know its insane! My niece started Kindergarten last week.Now I am exactly twice her age!Well, I hope you like how my blog looks!There are still improvements to come but,like I said earlier it still looks good! I'll try to post tommorow.Bye! : )

On a trip!

Hey,everybody! I am on a trip to Oklahoma City,OK. ,and Fort worth, TX. I'm in Oklahoma right now at my sister's house with her husband, their two kids and their dog,Pete.We just got back from Chuck E. Cheese's. Yea. We are watching football right now.Other then that I'm not doing much .So I guess I'll post tomorrow. Bye! : )

Randoms!

Gongs are a very funny thing to play. I mean they're like all big and they make a big sound. You know what? Nepolean Dynamite ( I don't think I spelled that right ) is one of my favorite movies. My dog has fleas. Tiger is fat. I have an awesomely ugly and unconfy chair in my basement! Why do they call a computer mouse a mouse. I like Chinese food. I went to Silver Dollar City yesterday. I rode Wildfre twice in a row ,Thunderation twice in a row, The Giant Barn Swing twice in a row ,and The High Low Silos twice in a row . I also rode the Electro Spin with almost no hands the entire ride!! I like frozen custurd. And that concludes this weeks randoms! : )

Hey there everybody! I did't do anything that was very interesting accept I laughed for like 30 minutes today at lunch.You see a couple of kids were doing some funny stuff at lunch.So everyone started laughing . Normal ,right. But then we just couldn't stop! Imagine this, 11-13 people laughing and then stopping for a couple of minutes ,then someone say something ,it didn't matter what, it could be something like "My aunt died" (nobody really said that) ,and we crack up !! The laughter was sooooooo intense that someone would get 1/2 way thru. a sentence and we would start laughing for no reason! It was so much fun . It was so mch fun we made a game out of it ! If you didn't laugh for 5 minutes straight got a fudge bar. Nobody won. So all of us got fudge bars! : ) Lunch was totally awesome!!!!!!!!!!! That's all I have to say for this post! hello all those blog readers out there!! : ) if you don't know what you are reading already
than you are realy very .....uh.. how do i put this gently....uh... oh i got it........S-T-U-P-I-D!!!!!
BUT i hope most of you do know that this is a blog. And you know what, the actual address is true I am a fat cat owner . his name is tiger, he is yellow, and fat, and not declawed, and fat, and likes to "play" with my hand (translation: bite and scratch it : ) ), and did i mention that he is fat? I love Dr Pepper but i am not an addict! on a different note, I have 2 other cats 1 named Obi , yes just like STAR WARS, i call him "Wubby" ,why, you might ask? the answer is, i don't know, but Obi is like older than Dumbledore in the Harry Potter movies (which I love), and that is like saying that Obi is very, very , very , very ,very , very , very , very old (he 's 17 in human years). my other cat is named Blue, yes like the color, she has orange, red, and brown stripes. Blue is not what you would call a "people cat". in other words -she is a shy kitty. she used to be my sister's cat but my neice is allergic. Blue also used to be the fat cat of the family 'til tiger came along . Blue is 8 yrs. old. well that is all i have to say for this post so BYE!!!
