Cheesecake!

Hey everybody! I hope you all had an awesome Thanksgiving. Here are some recipes that everyone in my family loved. Enjoy!
Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars:
1 cup all purpose flour 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
5 tbs. butter, softened 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
8 oz. softened cream cheese 3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup pumpkin 2 eggs lightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 1 tsp. ground allspice or pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla pie spice- doesn'tt matter : )
Combine flour & brown sugar in a medium bowl. Cut in butter to make a crumb mix. Stir in nuts, Set aside 3/4 cup mix for topping. Press remaining mix into bottom of 8x8x1 1/2 baking pan. Bake in preheated oven for 15 min. Cool slightly. Combine cream cheese, sugar, pumpkin, eggs, & spices in a large mixing bowl. Blend until smooth. Pour over baked crust. Sprinkle with reserved topping. Bake 30-35 min. Cool before cutting bars.

Lemon Cheesecake
1 9" graham cracker crust
1 8oz. package cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup lemon juice
Mix cream cheese & milk til smooth add vanilla &lemon juice.Mix well.
Pour into crust. Refridgerate.

Happy Thanksgiving blog readers and /or followers. One of my favorite holidays is Thanksgiving because you stuff yourself and then you sleep. On the 4th Thursday of November the world is in perfect harmony with it self. I love it! Hey guess what? I got a profile picture!

GRRRRRR!!!!Go away!I just spent a whole day at church decorating.I am NOT STRESSING!!!!! OhmygoshJacquiisgettingmariedtomorrow!"That pretty much sums up life in the last month.Stressful,fun,and I never want to do it again.But it was fun.I got to go SHOPPING!!!!!!!!!!! I'll post pictures after it.Because everyone I even mention it to wants to see pictures.So for all of my followers that love weddings and the ones who are in this one I will post pictures.This is one of my shorter posts.But i will post AFTER the wedding,when I'm NOT stressing not that I am stressing right now or anything.I'll just post again soon.Wish me luck! : )

The other team fumbled.Yeah! I think.

Today Missouri State went against Northwestern Iowa in a football game. MSU lost-35 to 7.Missouri State's 1st touchdown was made with 7.2 seconds left in the last quarter!I was in the sky box today.Let me just say this: we had a double suite,it had food& 2 mini fridges filled with soda and water,it had an awesome view of the game,and it had comfy chairs; like the normal movie theatre seats with CUP HOLDERS!!!!!Back to the game. MSU has this canon that gos off at the beginning of the game ,the end of the game ,and when MSU scores a touchdown.Today that canon went off a total of 3 times.The beginning of the game, the end of the game , and 7.2 seconds before the game ended:MSU's 1st and last touchdown.I had fun at the game.Oh, I almost forgot that MSU has this one huge inflatable bear mascot and when it walks it looks like a bobble head.MSU also has a normal seized mascot-bear named Boomer.Boomer isn't scary like the other one.By the way Idon't know much about football.I just cheered when everybody else in our sky box cheered.Everyone was like "Yeah!" and I was all like "Yeah! Something happened!But I don't know what!!!!" So that is how MSU's football game went today.This might be my longest post yet !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Yeah for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Peace out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!: )

OK, I am just going to change into my "I have a cold so don't touch me" clothes now.

OK,I am talking like I am holding my nose,and I am sneezing a lot.But, on the bright side today I learned that Mighty Mites ( a.k.a.:football for boys.) have REALLY good chocolate bars!
I also wrote a letter to Lemony Snicket. You know the author wrote one of the best series in the world:A Series of Unfortunate Events.I call it ASOUE.I am on #8.I haven't sent my letter yet but I will tomorrow.So guess what that means? A new post!!!I have nothing else to write about.Except writing about having nothing to write about.And then there's writing about writing about nothing to write about.OK it'll just get confusing if I go any further. So I guess I'll post tomorrow instead of writing about nothng to write about.Bye.

5th Grade!

Hey there everybody! I am a 5th grader now and I still don't know who my teacher is...
SIKE! I do know who my teacher is. Yeah for me!!!I also know that I am going to,
run for student council,audition for the honor choir that I was in last year,and be in my school's 5th grade orchestra and I will play the cello.I am going to use my sister's old cello.FYI:I might be blogging a little bit more around November 7 because that same sister is getting married on November 7!So,watch out for those posts where I am absolutely just going crackers!I am soooo sorry that I haven't blogged in a few weeks.I have been sooooo busy.One more thing before I go, last night I lost a tooth and it held my 1st cavity!: ( So I have decided to brush and floss more.So far I have brushed my teeth 3 times and I haven't even had dinner! So tomorrow I will do my randoms ,I promise!!!!!!!!!!!! So ,uh,happy 3 day weekend I know I will enjoy it! : ) Happy Labor day ,blah,blah blah,and happy fall! : )
